North Vancouver-Seymour MLA Daniel Jarvis has apparently had his mind made up for him. According to party insiders, Jarvis has lost his appeal to be included in the MLA pension plan, and as a result lost the benefits that plan would have given him if he were to step down. So, at the age of 73, it appears Jarvis has little choice but to continue in the job he has held since 1991. For those replacements lurking in the backrooms that probably means Jarvis will seek re-election in 2009.My sources ...
