Excelsior had always been there for as long as I remember. Or at least I think it had always been there for a long time. I don t really know.For some reason we had not gone to the Brighouse Square strip mall for anything other than the rare trip to Staples or pickup some pastries from the New Town Bakery.I could be wrong but I assumed that Excelsior is a long timer in Richmond. It opened in the days when there were more HK immigrants.What I find strange is that there is only ONE review on Excels...
